What to Expect at Goat Yoga
Whether you’re an experienced yogi or have never stepped on a mat before, our Goat Yoga classes are designed for everyone. The focus is on fun, laughter, and connecting with nature. As you move through accessible poses led by our certified instructors, our curious goats will wander among you, occasionally climbing on your back or cuddling up next to your mat.
Class Details
- Duration: 60-minute session (45 minutes of yoga, 15 minutes for photos and goat cuddles)
- Location: Our scenic outdoor pasture with mountain views
- Provided: Yoga mats are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own
